      Lab manger is a great mentor and constantly trying to teach you new areas in the lab. The people in the lab are great to work with and become

      Let’s start with the wage. Everyone in the company gets paid more than the lab technicians. Lab technicians get paid don’t even get paid minimum wage by California standards even though a BS degree is required. Total disregard and disrespect of the lab personnel by upper management.

      No ceiling on the amount of monthly commission.

      Inconvénients

      Competitive field requires really working hard. However, if you do work hard you will be rewarded with very good commission.
