Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Helping to save lives. Lab director is great mentor and gives you food. Pay raises are fair. Management is mostly good. Good benefits and clean building restroom workspaces in lab.
Inconvénients
Lack of communication between departments. Veteran employees have bad attitude and not always helpful. Think they are better than new people and lack common sense. Some staffs dump duty on others and won’t do the work.
