Avantages
Stibo Systems is one of the best places that I have ever worked at. They give you the flexibility and support that you need -professionally and personally. They also listen to you and let you try new plans or strategies, even if they may be out of their comfort zone. I would also say that the people you work with here are really great: hardworking, knowledgable, and simply nice. And you definitely learn a lot because you will work hard -and working hard is not a con.
Inconvénients
To me there really isn't a downside to working at Stibo Systems. The only frustrating thing that I come across is lack of communication around the product and from other departments time to time (but that happens in every company) and just dealing with the pains that not only come with a fast - growing company, but an international one as well. Stibo Systems is more like family and the employees really care, but sometimes that 'caring' gets in the way because everyone always has an opinion about everything, when they should really just swim in their own lane and focus on their own job.
