Avantages
Wonderful place to learn and grow. Company is willing to invest time and money in growing their consultants. Fun events that are sponsored by the company. You work for a european company and therefore there is a different culture than you will get at many other companies.
Inconvénients
It can get very busy very quickly and many people have challenges ramping up after waiting for an assignment. Training can be improved as well. The software itself requires some thinking that is out of the box and can be challenging for regular B.A.'s to get up to speed.
