The new owner has reduced this once-credible agency into a husk. At first this may have started out as ineptitude or bureacracy, but now there is no doubt that somebody is trying to put the sad place out of its misery with toxic hires, constructive dismissals and 'redundancies' for jobs still needed. Sadly this plan has not reached the managers responsible for churning out fake positive reviews here to try and draw more victims into the disaster area.
