Avantages
- Great support system. Colleagues are extremely helpful and friendly, even cross-functionally. There’s no bureaucracy. - You WILL be pushed to reach your potential. As long as you look for it, there are always opportunities for you to learn and grow. - Fair work-life balance. Leaves and weekends are generally respected, barring unusual circumstances like emergencies. - Good tools to work with – data is easily and readily available to anyone who needs it or is curious.
Inconvénients
- Benefits and rewards structure could be better. Leave entitlement starts from only 14 days during the first year of service, and tiered subsequently. - Extremely fast-moving. You’ll need to be quick to pivot, otherwise, it’s easy to be left behind. - The employee turnover makes it difficult to have constants.
