So many pros, best company i have worked for. You feel like a member of the team and not just a number, your ideas/ feedback are listened too and can make a real impact. The initiatives/ groups you can be part of are great and again make a real difference. The charity aspect is really important to me and Strata are real inline with my ethics on this - the company give back and have fun charity events throughout the year. Feel like part of a big family - and that's not always easy to find :)

Haven't really got any cons, the company reflect and re-evaluate constantly :)
