      Avantages

      The group is tight-knit and extremely intelligent and fun. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, even playful at times. The work is always interesting and evolving. The firm is definitely growing.

      Inconvénients

      The full-time offer only included the basics (PTO and 401k) but no health insurance, and started at $40k/yr with the first 6mo under "contract to hire."
