      Avantages

      Staff works hard to do their jobs. Staff gets along well.

      Inconvénients

      Ownership does not know how to run company. Estimating has been detrimental to the projects. Ownership is more interested in being dishonest with their subs. Ownership does not support their field staff. Ownership try’s to have their employees spy on each other.

      Office space is limited. Sometimes office can feel crowdy and they don't allow work from home

      Avantages

      Good pay, almost everyone is great to work with

      Inconvénients

      Control issues, can’t move forward on anything without 1 person approving. bonus is not achievable unless you plan on working till 9/10pm. Horrible management who can’t let go at all and refused to train or allow any changes for growth. Toxic.
