Avantages

I guess free bottled water would be the best thing here, maybe the cereal if you’re into bran. If you don’t like your boss you’ll probably never see them, nobody is every in the office. Also a con because you’ll be training yourself.

Inconvénients

No 401k matching, poor pay, favoritism is well in play, rude people. Salaries here are WELL BELOW market rate. Don’t be fooled by the estimated salary on job postings. You’ll be lucky to get the minimum. I have heard time and time again that they like to overwork people here. They will burn you out and promise you things and never deliver. They say you get a profit sharing check in lieu of 401k matching, what a joke. You’ll probably get 300-500 dollars if you’re lucky. Lastly, if you aren’t a favorite here then good luck. Even if you are, watch your back because as soon as you are no longer useful they will fire you. The work environment is extremely hostile and volatile. I feel on edge every time I walk into the office thinking that the smallest thing I do may get me fired. Good luck if you choose to work here and may the odds be ever in your favor.

Avantages

The support staff was excellent across the board and made a challenging environment significantly more manageable.

Inconvénients

Leadership was more focused on their own individual success than team development. Support for junior brokers felt inconsistent and heavily dependent on whether you were part of the “inner circle.” Long hours and strong effort frequently went unrecognized, with limited mentorship, communication, or meaningful feedback from senior leadership. Employees who raised concerns about support, fairness, or professional development experienced further disengagement rather than constructive dialogue.
