Avantages

I value working with different people around the world, most of all passionate people in the creator space. -SE makes my life easier because I don't spend hours a day stuck in a car commuting. Inconvénients
Remote work isn't for everyone. This is a start up, you need to have that mentality coming in. Both are things I appreciate because it creates drive and a common goal to succeed in a company.
