It had decent perks at the beginning, such as team building activities, EOY gifts and a flexibility Great co-workers. I was lucky to work along some really passionate people.
Inconvénients
Terrible management and lack of direction. The team I was part of went through 4 different manager changes, none of them really caring about their team. There were zero carreer growth opportunities, they chose to find external candidates instead of letting existing team members apply for these roles. They started hiring freelancers instead of employing them directly. These employees had no perks and had to work weekends, holidays and couldn't take free time as they were paid by worked hours. Management was on top of you all the time, even if you performed well and exceeded expectations they were never happy about results. There were a lot of issues attributed to the product itself, their business model was in decline and they failed to capitalize on their success when they had the chance. Leadership thinks they know everything about creators but this is not the case, they're extremely disconnected from reality.
