Avantages
StreamServe has excellent products, customers and partners. The core product engine is incredibly stable and performs its tasks without failure day in and day out. The design environment is easy to use and can be configured to solve practically any document process requirement, simple or complex.
Inconvénients
Senior management seem to be more focused with maintaining their status quo positions and watching out for each other than they are with achieving even a small amount of success. Success, after all, might result in increased interest for acquisition. Due to this lack of inspired leadership, employees' careers are left in holding patterns with no real potential for taking on greater challenges or growing into different roles.
