      Management is cool, Works with the motto "Do what you Enjoy and Enjoy what you do" thereby encouraging to Enjoy the work. Managed well, quick approvals, no downtime. Organizational Structure is efficiently managed to avoid dependencies. Very effective and efficient Senior Management. They make you to take ownership rather than delegate, thereby making you to increase your decision-making ability. Flexible working hours and employee friendly policies

      Inconvénients

      As far as I feel there are no cons to be specified. Maintaining the same culture will be a challenge when the Company keeps growing.

      Avantages

      Good free food, good HR team, good number of holidays.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible Manager, no support from colleague & manager. Internal envy is very much among the employees as anyone can be removed.
