Avantages
2 days a week in the office (which is now increasing).
Junior level colleagues were incredible.
Lovely office space but hot seating leads to problems on days it is busy.
Inconvénients
Incredibly low salaries.
No opportunity for progression despite being told during the interview process that there were loads.
Senior members of staff speak inappropriately to colleagues - I have witnessed multiple colleagues crying.
Senior members of staff that talk about colleagues behind their backs.
Work load is not always manageable and when escalating this being told there is no choice but to complete the work no matter how long it takes.
Expected to consistently work long hours, kept till late on Fridays and being told with no notice of having to go on trips away or working weekends which can be problems for those with childcare and pets.
The office is really nice however, hot seating has led to having no seats on days that the office (which is shared) is busy. I have witnessed people having to work in corridors or in the kitchen.
Senior management delegate all of their work to junior team members with no recognition.
Weekly shoutouts were a nice concept at first, however, it resulted in people feeling under appreciated and under valued if your work wasn’t called out and only the same people get shoutouts every week.
Promotions announced in front of everyone in a meeting was a horrible experience too.
Inability to retain clients.
