Avantages

The people are great and really hardworking. Unlimited PTO, Health/dental/life insurance benefits

Inconvénients

There is no way to push back on clients increasing scope, even when employees are already stretched thin on bandwidth and more clients are added to their plate. When this issue was brought up to management I was told there would be additional support, but didn't get that support until months later. Having clients want more work from the team is a good problem to have, but often times the workload feelsl unsustainable.

Avantages

Employees are extremely friendly and hardworking. Unlimited PTO. Fully remote work is great.

Inconvénients

There is no opportunity for growth whatsoever, and performance reviews are rare. Employees are consistently being asked to take on work and responsibility without any pay compensation or incentives. Overall people are significantly underpaid and under titled. I know multiple people who have been requesting raises and promotions for months now, all of which have yet to be approved. Management says that they are working on things, but nothing follows through. Most employees are stretched thin on bandwith, and we only have more and more clients coming in through the pipeline. Overall my trust in leadership for this company has really faltered over the last year. I think some manager's hearts are in the right place. But they are a rare few.

Avantages

The people you interact with on a daily basis are great.

Inconvénients

They're underpaying across the board and they know it. Some people at the top are much more responsible for that than others. Regardless, calling out how you're looking to improve that process and then stringing "promoted" people along for months and months and then some more months after you've already promised raises, without any actual movement, is genuinely laughable. Hopefully also not sustainable behavior. That's not to say new hires aren't treated well. I would actually bet it's a good destination for new hires and fair salaries if you're offered something. It's actually just the people that have been there who are now FAR behind the pay curve. Seems like it's just because they know they can get away with it.
