      Avantages

      Co workers are easy and fun to work with, great holiday party, employee outings are fun, CEO is a real person and very personable.

      Inconvénients

      Definately not for people who want to really get ahead in their career. the company is not proactive in their sales mentality. Very hard to get a raise , if there is an opening they will consider your application, but its been a hard economy so there have not been many openings.

      Avantages

      The headquarters office was great! I really enjoyed working for the HR team there. Everyone else I ever interacted with was very pleasant as well, including management for other properties.

      Inconvénients

      I wasn't there long enough to experience anything really negative. It was a little tough at one time due to some turnover in the office, but that had been righted by the time I left.

      Mid size company with access to C suite.

      Inconvénients

      Disorganized management from top down and low pay (normal for property management). No culture.
