Worst work experience ever, should be illegal. Was forced into doing many illegal things (mainly involving unsafe ladder work that almost ended in death for my partner). My first boss was horrible and refused to pay us, when we brought this up above his head, his boss/the company did nothing. We had to contact the ministry of labour and only then did our boss agree to pay us. When we were filling out the claim, we realized that most of what our boss made us do was illegal but he took advantage of us. The company was also taking advantage of him and sets impossible times for jobs to be done and does not help out at all, everyone loses money except the company I am shocked it is still around. There was basically no training (painting or safety) yet they expected us to be professional painters. The days are unbelievably long and my boss made me work over night multiple times as well. Do not work for this company.
