      You will learn very very quickly. You cannot be lazy

      Manage everything, if it is not your job to do something, it is still your job to make sure StudioX looks great in all aspects

      Upper management is generally very passionate about the projects

      Quite a few of the artists don't quite match the skill level the shows desire, causing the quality of shots to vary widely in a single show
