The themes are crystal clear - unapproachable and often disillusioned executive management whose only priority is the bottom line, lack of demonstrable concern for student outcomes, lack of development offered to teachers, limited career progression opportunities for all and very long hours expected with many people's health and/or family lives suffering as a consequence. All of this is true. The extent to which this would impact your career completely depends on the location and function you would be working in.
