The US business sets ridiculous and totally unreachable goals for their in-market sales teams. Most Chinese and Middle Eastern students have never heard of most of the universities in the Study Group US portfolio. On top of that the sales teams have out of date and incorrect information coming from the US marketing team and little of that. The US business needs to seriously consider getting the marketing department to actually do something because they are the center of this huge failure for their US school partners.
