Great at continuous improvement. Teams are self organizing and determine their own processes that work best for their context.
Great team members and company culture. Always people hanging out outside of work.
Inconvénients
Lack of company wide development practices. Although it's nice to self-organize in most cases, some company wide practices would help when switching projects.
Lack of vision sharing by upper management.

Thanks for your comments. Hopefully over the last few months you've noted the increased emphasis and attention on being transparent about the decisions we're making as an organization, how they'll affect individuals, and why we believe they're best for the company overall. As to the company-wide dev practices, hopefully you feel comfortable sharing that with your project leads or at the next dev allhands - it would be great to find an even better balance between self-organization and best practices.

Avantages
I feel extremely valued and heard, no matter what team members or departments I'm interacting with. They encourage feedback and never back away from answering the tough questions. They care about their employees far more than any company I've been with, and they work just as hard for their clients. They've implemented helpful policies and changes for successful hybrid working and are continuously working to improve.
The people I worked with were all brilliant and fostered a very healthy work culture.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, management and C-Suite seemed inept at running a business. Additionally upward mobility seemed difficult for some colleagues vs others, and it was never clear as to why that was.
