Even though it is possible to give employees better benefits the management would rather keep everything under budget likely because of the new small office in the heart of Pasig. The office is very bare minimum as well. We got poisoning after not properly cleaning the office utilities. We couldn't prove it as we didn't get tested so we didn't contest to it. But it a lot of us who are working in office experienced the same thing then it says a lot.
