Too many managers, Plenty of Micro-managing. They only promote who they want. The ones that actually work hard don't get any kind of recognition, they just give them more work. No room for advancement, no raises given. They are continually laying people off, so everyday you have no idea if your department is next...the moral is very low...do not apply to this company
