      Avantages

      Cool product and technology, some really smart and good people are there, but we are slowly loosing them all.

      Inconvénients

      People in leadership teams lack passion, trust and general managerial skills. Work life balance if off. especially when the stock is not doing well, they should focus more on people aspect of the firm and not on product or business. If people grow business will grow.

      Avantages

      Honestly not a lot to say here. It is unquestionably the worst company I ever worked for. Back when it was Blue Raven, it was a fantastic place to work. Now it's a disaster.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible, toxic company culture. It is a horrible combination or the start-up intensity and expectation of long hours, but the bureaucratic swamp of a company 10x its size. The company is full of executives who make $250,000+ and make not only zero, but negative contributions. Most have never worked in solar before and have no idea what they're talking about
