Avantages
Freshers are provided opportunities to drive new initiatives. The management has great visions for the way the company should be and they have implemented some really good policies to support that.
Inconvénients
There is too much hierarchy and roles dont change even with promotion. There is lack of delegation as managers dont want the reportees to out smart them.
