      Siloed Departments: As the company grows, it’s easy for different verticals (e.g., Transport vs. Food) to become siloed, making cross-functional alignment a challenge.

      At the time of writing this review, the company is in a very bad phase. It seems like it's only a matter of time before it hits the L-word.
