- Pay was lower than similar roles in other companies.
From day 1 you feel like SuperCom really cares about you personally so you feel that your concerns are being taken care of seriously. The team that takes care of the office takes criticism seriously and acts to fix as best as they can.
Inconvénients
Some equipment like computers and screens are very old, though the company is slowly but surely upgrades all of the systems to new ones.
