Thank you for your comments. As with most call centers, MTO and VTO can be challenging as we have changing call patters. Unlike most, we do limit the impact to our employees by capping how many MTO hours are applied. We also offer extra hours in other areas, so if you are looking for additional work hours this may be available. Key to reducing MTO is performance. Keeping your individual performance up will ensure that the impact of MTO is little to none. Thank you for the service you provide to our customers, and thank you again for your review!

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Inconvénients

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
