SureCo is one of the best companies I have worked for. The leadership team (and the entire company staff) are smart (but humble), laser focused, and strategic. The mission of the company (to make Americans healthier) is directly aligned to the business model - the better the company does, the closer we are to our mission. Thats really exciting. Also, given our value proposition is to help employers increase the quality of their health benefits (while significantly reducing costs, and saving administrative time), our business is quite recession-proof. There is a clear, and infectious feeling of building something new and exciting. We are not chasing features, but changing paradigms. As a self-funded startup that is successful and growing, we dont have the trappings of other businesses that have not reached profitability. And being part of a growing company and org means a lot of opportunity to learn and grow.
