Avantages
- Friendly working environment, lots of knowledgeable people who are always willing to teach and help you out. - Very good benefit package, with plenty of flexibility. - Interesting projects, plenty of opportunity to learn new things. - Some opportunity for travel.
Inconvénients
- Lingering legacy code, though you will rarely ever find that this needs to be touched. - Development workflow, whilst it has gotten better over the last couple years, could still be improved (automated deployment of code branches to test machines, etc).
