      Avantages

      I made some really good friends while working at Surf Style, unfortunately I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth due to upper management.

      Inconvénients

      Basically the only way you can EVER advance your career here is if you are 1 of 2 things. Either from Israel or Jewish. Period. I worked extremely hard for quite a number of years and still at every review I made barely a $.25-.75 raise! They are cheap with their salaries and hardly ever promote anyone who is not in their inner circle.

      Avantages

      Overall, not bad if you don't mind a schedule that fluctuates or minimum wage pay. They do have decent benefits and PTO.

      Inconvénients

      If you want a consistent schedule, hash that out, otherwise it will be all over the place. Customers can be really rude, management is mixed (like just about everywhere).
