      The pay wasn't great and we'd be really busy at times and need to get a lot coded. It seemed like there was never enough staff to keep up.

      Avantages

      Teamwork, Empathy, Support, Friendship, Growth, are only a few words that reminds me of working at Surgical Notes. I enjoyed the entire 17 yrs!

      Remote work is the only pro

      Inconvénients

      The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
