I enjoyed working with the marketing team and appreciated the hybrid schedule. It was the perfect balance of in-office collaboration and WFH productivity.

I can't think of many cons. I only left because I found a higher paying opportunity.

Flexible schedule without being micromanaged is great

Was just acquired by a larger global company so has some growing pains currently.
