      Remote-first culture offered flexibility and work-life balance. Gained valuable technical experience handling WordPress-related issues such as plugin conflicts, performance optimization, and theme debugging.

      Inconvénients

      Project Manager in the migration and support team displayed clear favoritism, often assigning better tasks or visibility to those she personally preferred. Advancement or growth opportunities often depended more on internal connections than performance

      It was a great experience during the interview process. Everyone I spoke to was super welcoming. I really appreciated how smooth and transparent everything was from start to finish. Looking forward to getting started and contributing in any way I can.
