      Great colleagues and atmosphere at local offices, flexible hybrid work model

      Recruiter was not about financial situation at Sympa, the company has been undergoing restructuring and the whole process has been a long-winded mess, leaving a lot of employees discontent and unhappy with management.

      Avantages

      Technical part of the solution is actively transitioning to a better microservice architecture. Interesting technical challenges and problems to solve.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to maintain the system stable while working on new business solutions. Feeling lack of manpower at times.
