Toxic leadership: The COO behaves unprofessionally and does not treat developers with respect. Despite preaching about professionalism, his actions and tone are often degrading and inconsistent.The COO is great maderchod. Even during personal events like weddings or illness, time off is discouraged or denied. Leave policy is poorly managed: Casual leave, sick leave, or emergency leave are treated as luxuries, not rights. Requesting leave often results in harsh remarks or humiliation. Disrespectful communication: The management uses demotivating and sometimes insulting language. Developers are not given the dignity or recognition they deserve. Background bias: There is a strong feeling that management lacks understanding of the software industry, and tries to enforce a "garments-style" management culture onto IT professionals.
