      Avantages

      This is a great company to work for! There is great respect for work/life balance. You are encouraged to use your PTO. The staff is supportive and upper management is accessible. They invest in your professional development. Through my employment in the company, I was able to get licensed in different states. The colleagues are great and it feels like a family.

      The caseload can fluctuate sometimes.

      Not enough paid time off, salaries could be higher, the expectation to complete a minimum of 30 sessions a week is unreasonable
