      Ignoring the quality of work. They do not offer ways of development and growth in the company, both professionally and in the case of financial reward. You have to find out and beg for everything yourself.

      Avantages

      I mostly worked for service companies so guess I'm able to make some comparisons here, and Syndicode definitely stands out by being service-product oriented. Ideas are met with respect and interest, lots of online activities and 0 micromanagement fr. Also, is it just me but I'd really prefer my salary reviews to happen more often 🙈 Anyways, great place to work! Keep rocking Syndicode, happy to be onboard!

      Inconvénients

      I'm hoping we'll have an office in Spain in the future, remote work is great for flexibility but i want to see people more often
