      Avantages

      The Team were good, nice people, i was based remotely and got good support, the process and structure is different to what i had experienced previously, in a better way, lots of training given. Salary, Bens and Comms is good and better than most places as they dont pay benefits

      Inconvénients

      Having a permanent office, although this was in the process Just didn't work out for me,

      Everything the manager is a narcissistic person he never motivates his workers he will not pay your commission micromanages you watches how long you have been on a call KPI are onbsurd one of the worst companies I have ever worked for, what I was promised was never delivered always being shouted at telling us how useless we are! If this company ever wants to interview you HARD PASS WORST COMPANY EVER! And the sad part is the manager chix is the reason he has no people skills talks to his employees and candidates as if they are lower class sickening! Employees don't last longer then a week!!

      Great knowledge passed on from higher-ups Targets are clear from the start

      Inconvénients

      Probably best to stay away if you're not motivated towards working hard to meet targets.
