The company is run by a bunch of incompetent, vain, and arrogant clowns who do nothing but make terrible decisions and make everyone around them absolutely miserable. Work-life balance is a mess due to the company forcing employees to work long hours and accomplish overwhelming workloads under severely tight deadlines with zero support.
