      Avantages

      Ideas are welcome here. Everyone exchanges ideas and are allowed to be part of innovation projects to better the company. Management really listens and includes you in decisions. There are no ill work politics and everyone values each other.

      Inconvénients

      More PTO would be great but other than that there really are no cons.

      Avantages

      The culture at Synergist is so inclusive and fun! There are various opportunities for employees to get involved in different activities like free lunch Thursdays, where employees can chose to meet at the office and eat the provided lunch together. There are also some employees that get together and play an online game called Blood on the ClockTower certain days of the month. The benefits are very competitive and I would recommend Synergist any day of the week, hands down.

      In my opinion there aren't any cons
