Competitive salary but poor organization and high turnover - Avis employé Sr. Software Engineer Sys-Mac Automation Engineering

It's a family-run company where the boss likes to throw his weight around, belittle people, and even throw subordinates under the bus. no AWS , and performance bonuses are minimal—sometimes there aren't any for years at a stretch.

Nothing to say about pros!

This was the worst job in my life. There was no bonus, no AWS, and nothing to motivate staff. The management was very poor and often acted in strange and confusing ways. Most of the colleagues were hard to work with and not helpful at all. Teamwork was very difficult, and the work environment felt toxic. I do not recommend this job to anyone.
