      Avantages

      SysAid was a great environment for developing strong product skills. I worked with smart people who genuinely cared about building a better product, and I always felt trusted to take ownership. The culture encouraged learning, collaboration, and stepping outside your comfort zone. I gained technical depth early in my career that still helps me today.

      Like any growing company, processes continued to mature.

      Avantages

      HR does a good job. There is a wellness day once every 2 months and salary is good. Product team also does a good job.

      Inconvénients

      The software is very old and complicated. Move to modern technologies such as micro-services is very half-baked and messy. Work environment is very unstable with people being fired or resigning quite often. Poor code quality, poor development practices, impatient management.
