      High positive energy at the office. Only at the office 2 days a week. The business continuously try's to find ways to grow our benefits and ensure we are well rested and taken care of. Growth and development is highlight encouraged amongst cross-departmental experience and movement. Flexibility in terms of working locations Very customer centric which is great to be a part of! Company culture is unique and there is true harmony between everybody working in the organisation which is rare to find!

      Avantages

      HR does a good job. There is a wellness day once every 2 months and salary is good. Product team also does a good job.

      Inconvénients

      The software is very old and complicated. Move to modern technologies such as micro-services is very half-baked and messy. Work environment is very unstable with people being fired or resigning quite often. Poor code quality, poor development practices, impatient management.
