      Avantages

      It was a EPC company. Therefore got exposure to all trades of civil engineering company to negotiate and finalize deal on company's behalf. i used to negotiate major subcontracts including MEP. It was an excellant opportunity to work with MULTI NATIONAL employees.

      Inconvénients

      They were reluctant to follow the advise given by me. which were purely on technical basis for the benefit of the company. Eventually company went bankrupt.

      System Construct LLC is a reputed contracting company IN UAE, with more than 12000employees. They won some major project developments from some of the renowned clients.

      Inconvénients

      At certain stage, due to improper or unprofessional way of tender submissions during the financial crisis period so as to secure some projects., they under quoted... Which lead them to bankrupted stage in 2015
