One person tries to keep control over everything, which just slows things down and makes the place feel even more disorganized. The culture leans more toward gossip than teamwork, and fairness is pretty much nonexistent. Salaries are capped, growth opportunities are limited, and the leadership on the software side doesn't have the experience to move things in the right direction. It's no wonder there's such high turnover, most people leave once they realize employees just aren't valued here.
