      Avantages

      There’s nothing about this company that makes me want to recommend other people to work here.

      Inconvénients

      CEO is incredibly biased, he only treats you favorably if you are Italian. Otherwise, you are not going to be seeing any success during your time here. And even if you are Italian, you still would not want to be here because of how controlling he is! Every decision you make is scrutinized, every action you do is monitored, absolutely everything must be done his way, or else you are going against him.

      Avantages

      Not applicable. Disrespect from the CEO to department management.

      Inconvénients

      Zero planning and zero support is affecting all departments. Management genuinely has no idea what is going on. This leads to management blaming lower level employees in order for the bonuses to be given to management. This company is losing all of its top performers and is a sinking ship. Low morale. Chaos and stress.
