      Benefits are good. Work and life sometimes can be balance,depends on functions and the manager.

      Inconvénients

      pay is just fine. Salaries may not increase every year.

      Avantages

      Coworkers are helpful because they were thrown into their jobs with no training either. Production is 8 hour days 7 days a week, has been for over a year, great money but no life.

      Inconvénients

      No training, no discussion of how to advance, they keep you on temporary basis forever with no raises or benefits.
