      - Clear Targets - Transparent and clear communication from managers - Good benefits (company car, pension, discounts etc)

      Inconvénients

      - Unrealistic targets - commission slashed every year - Top heavy management structure, nearly as many managers as sales people!

      The team were generally great, good facilities

      Inconvénients

      Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.
